BOOKLET
Over the course of several weeks, I worked on designing, refining, enhancing, and developing a booklet based on a sermon. This is the final product.
CONCEPT
The concept of this project was to read the sermon and create a design that made sense for the overall topic. The topic was about becoming perfect and like God eventually (Matthew 5:48). There were a lot of decisions to make, including how to implement quotations, page numbers, and colors.
FINAL PRODUCT
After many different designs and iterations, I chose to design the booklet using chevrons moving up the page. The chevrons are different widths to indicate our imperfectness throughout life, but as they move up the page, they eventually even out and become “perfect”, symbolic of the change made as a person tries to grow and develop into a better person over time.
